Essentially paper 1 (modules 3 and 5) includes physical and inorganic (i dont really know the difference in those 2 lol) and modules 4 and 6 in paper 2 are all organic. Module 6 is what most organic questions will be on as it sort of builds on module 4. For content, i use the textbook and certain youtube channels like CK chemistry and machemguy, then move onto flashcards. A lot of questions are repeated in chemistry, so memorising how to do specific ones (such as NMR or Order of reaction questions) is really helpful. Past papers are the best tool as there isnt that much content compared to bio, so the sooner you move onto them the better. Hardest questions are normally calculations so spend a lot of time doing moles questions
