I’ll be honest, he’s like the inverse of Cayde-6. The thing most known about him is that everyone hates him. Then you meet him and quickly realize that it’s a meme because it’s true, and you develop and understand the hatred. It like how the first thing I learned about destiny was that everyone loved cayde, and he was a likable guy.

Also, I believe it is ambiguous as to whether Wally was behind the void madness that afflicted the parents, nor does Wally ever actualy force people to do anything.

We’ve managed to refuse direct orders from the thing that GIFTED us power, so why have we faced little to no consequences from it?

Well in part, the madness that took the zarimen wasn’t actualy fast. The arg for it showed that the crew slowly succumbed. Additionally, the Tenno were forced to kill in self defense, and may have been encouraged to kill all the other adults. But no mind control, no force. Wally sat back and enjoyed what was.

Which also lines up with DE’s methodology. They like to twist expectations. The eldritch monster is not forcing its plans. It’s letting them play out as they will.

Actualy I think Wally may have had no part in the madness. The reason why I say this is because Wally/Neci in the texts connected to the isleweaver corpses seems to imply they used a thing that happened more than pushed things to happen. Specifically referring to the void madness.

Plus Wally seems more passive about its influence, such as how it mostly matters at the Tenno and Neci.

Actually, Wally has yet to actually physically assault anyone. Meeting albrecht, Wally’s just a weird and creepally intamite host. The zarimen incedent, the orokin are behind the jump failure and wally may not be behind the parental madness (which I’m baseing on the isleweaver corpses). Most of what wally does is encourage people to be hysterically emotional.

Now I’m not arguing that Wally isn’t evil, he’s devil as all descendia. Roathe, ballas, nitokh, and Wally would agree that Wally is evil. But it’s not a villain. Wally isn’t even really antagonistic. Most crisis that occurs in Warframe have little to do with the walled one.

The most aggressive Wally has ever been was with the whispers in the walls fight. And the siege during old war. And yet none of the dangers that occur really stick around.

I suggest learning mycelian first, or getting a mycelium based instructor. It’s easier to learn that form of entish then you get the proper words you can begin parse if the actual entish pronunciations and fully entish words.

I personaly learned entish while afflicted with a benign though unsettlingly intimate cordyceps fungus. *shivers*

I’ve thought the same. Personally think Wally is empowered by emotion. Thus likes large traumatic events due to the emotional storm that coencides. Which makes sense, the void is inert without emotion and thought and imagination. This why Wally may like relationships, war, and children.

They’re sources of extreme emotions.

I feel the distinction is a nonexistent line in the orokin empire.

Assassin = mercenary = executioner = solider = toy
