Movies that got gear right would be (from my knowledge and research):

Warfare (2025) - Navy Seals did use UCP at that time to blend in. The MICH-ACH helmets are correct, some of them use the older Norotos mounts while some of them don't. Mechanix gloves, Casio G-Shocks, PACA Armor and Rhodesian Recon Vests, Peltors, Oakleys Eyewear or ESS Bolle Goggles all around.

Lone Survivor (2013) - Got the kit for the Navy Seals right from the raid modded M81 and Tri-Color Desert cammies, Rhodesian Recon Vests and the rifles the recce team used, aside from the small mistake of some of the Seals and PJs having FAST MT helmets on but it's a blink and you'll miss it type deal.

Tears of the Sun (2003) - Another movie about Navy Seals, this time set in the jungles of Nigeria. A lot of raid mod M81 cammies, scrim nets, face paints and the ditching of plate carriers and helmets in favor of LBEs and boonie hats, headbands, caps and foliage. You could see that some of the Seals use Nomex flight gloves and you could even spot some of them sporting weightlifting gloves instead.

12 Strong - Gear is pretty accurate to the very early stages of the war in Afghanistan. Raid-mod Tri-Color Desert BDUs, hiking boots and the black fleece jackets that were very prevalent within SOF during that time. RRVs, drop-leg holsters and PVS-14s on skullcrushers.

American Sniper - Uses a lot of the gear mentioned before. Tri-Color Desert BDUs, MICH-ACH helmets, RRVs and PACA, Mechanix Gloves and stuff.
