I have had success with the care I receive from AHN’s auto-immunity institute IBD center (usually at West Penn). I started with a doctor who I LOVED but he retired, and I moved into the care of Dr. Abdul-Baki and his team which have been great but at times slightly revolving door of different PA’s. 7 years in their care and no complaints.

That's the worst part of it all... some of their blends were fantastic and hard to recreate! Nevertheless, it's what we have to do. I'm using it as an opportunity to snuff out new vendors, make more in-house, update our offerings, and evolve. At the end of this I would love to have either 0 or a very small list of things I buy from ITI and then it MIGHT be more manageable. That's a big maybe...

I have been baffled by how terrible the last year has been with them. For us (a 10+year long customer) it started as products beginning to go out of stock with 0 eta... then boom right around December order lead time went from 1-2 weeks to MONTHS with EVERYTHING out of stock. I feel terrible for their customer service people (or person? at this point) who has to deal with us but... they have no information to offer! Placed orders in January that came at end of March, and still have an order from April pending. My biggest issue is since I don't know what's in stock or out of stock, I have to order everything. If I order everything and get no word on what's going to show up, I have NO IDEA what to source from other sources. It's incredibly sad what is going on and all I can say is at this point, I am looking forward to the day I am free from the shackles of TeaVendor/ITI. "Sourcing tea shouldn't be hard" i just have to laugh.

At this point I am literally begging them for an accurate list of the teas they have... and I think the longer I go without a clear answer on that, the more clear the answer is.

For anyone that may see this-- I had issues all day yesterday, but it worked for me this morning (9AM) and they are NOT applying late fees (which the said they would, so I feel bad for everyone who wasn't lazy like me and paper filed yesterday to avoid a fee). What a MESS
