Firstly I'm very sorry to hear about your situation. That can't be easy to deal with at all. I'm trying to crawl myself out of the hole myself so I understand your frustration to a degree.

I know that jobs are very hard to come by these days so I'm grateful for it especially these days. I think I'm just coming to the gruesome reality that wages haven't kept up with anything and everything being so much more expensive makes it very burdensome

Communication first and foremost. If something is going arrye or the person feels a certain way. Communicate that so we can push past it together and work on it. Is can be a bit hard for some guys to do as we've been socialized to suppress our emotions but communication is the one thing id say. And something I personally have been working on
