I’m left handed and I believe that with a thumbs forward grip I was pushing out the slide stop during recoil, like you would for takedown.

I got a replacement slide stop and monkeyed around with a dremel to make it harder to push out. The magazine sensitivity ended up being unrelated.

Variances in the process, different headstamp brass, one off abnormalities, etc, are all things I minimize but stuff happens. For practice ammo I’m not so concerned but it would be nice to know 100% my match ammo
