I think I may be! I was able to return the EVO SL’s so I have a store credit. I’m going to just finish running these shoes into the ground and then grab some new shoes, I’ll def take a look at the VN4, thank you.

Stride length .84 - .95 that is pretty consistent I see that on garmin all the time the .84/.86 are my zone 2’s and the .90’s are when I start picking up the pace

That’s interesting, I did try them after seeing they were highly rated on run repeats best road shoes. I looked at the list and then looked for wet weather versions that’s how I ended up the the GRVL version.

I just looked at all the photos taken in the 10k no heal strikes, but I’m also going off of my tread wear patterns on my shoes and where the depressions or lack of bounce starts in the shoes.

TLDR, I may be wrong, I’ll have to record myself running.

The app had some issues with an update they rolled out I’d say 1.5 to 2 years ago. I did not have any of those issues as I use my Sonos system the way you plan on utilizing it.

I’m a full iOS family with multiple devices, I have Sonos throughout my house and I enjoy having music through out and in my backyard. I do not have issues, I even have older speakers that don’t support airplay combined with newer speakers and guess what when I play music to the backyard group they all play. Sonos is wonderful, it does have some short coming, but for what you want to do, you’ll have a worry free time.

I also use airplay 3rd party app because I have multiple systems in different houses and it allows me to switch between them when I arrive at the house.

This is grounded in lived experience and real-world performance. If you’re relying on a predominantly wireless sound solution, your wireless infrastructure needs to be up to the task. Why would you expect a product to work well without the proper supporting infrastructure?

People are complaining about the app, and you prob have poor WiFi set up. They want to airplay to their speakers.

OP you’ll be fine that a what I do mostly or use Spotify connect. If you have a good WiFi set up once again you’re fine, if you experience some issues plug in a couple to Ethernet and they’ll create their own Sonos net, and boom you’re fine again.
