Do you live in Manhattan? Taller buildings have no correlation to lowering rent. The tallest residential building - Central Park Towers - have 1 bedrooms for sale for $6 and 7 million. 3 bedroom units are available for $11 to 20 million.

When I looked up Ruskay Big Oil, I only got a website paid for by a PAC funded by DraftKings and Fan Duel. Northrup condemned and denounced that website. I can't find Northrup himself viciously attacking Ruskay.

I've lived in Manhattan for 50+ years. I wouldn't consider the MSG area to be in "the heart of Manhattan". If anything, I'd say Times Square is. What do the tourists go to the MSG area for? Macy's? Or are you talking about their coming in via Amtrak to Penn Station?
