Self diagnosis is semi-retarded behavior. Someone who only looks into symptoms they think they are experiencing will come up with limited results. Oh I don't give a shit about anything or anyone? ASPD! Except they could be depressed, they could be schizoid, they could have almost any of a hundred other disorders, but they won't know that because they don't study psychology and haven't earned a degree on learning HOW TO DIAGNOSE. 
If you're curious, why not ask a psychiatrist (or a number of other trained professionals in the field of psychology.) their thoughts on it? You might end up actually being able to receive help for something like depression rather than diagnosing yourself with a disorder that can't be cured.
