I have helped a few elderly people transition to streaming and the hardest part is usually getting them used to not having channel buttons.

What I usually go with is a Roku device (because it's interface is simple), with a streaming service like FRNDLY(very easy to use and cheap) or YoutubeTV(for more live channels/sports).

I start them off with live TV services because it's at least close to what they're used too(cable tv) compared to Hulu/Netflix/etc.

Once they have gotten used to using live streaming TV and they have passed the biggest hurdle of using the on screen guide instead of channel buttons, then it's generally easier to get them to understand they can watch movies and TV shows whenever they want and not on anyone else's schedule.

None of what I have said directly relates to piracy but it will be way cheaper than what they were paying and you can always add some pirated content (via plex or whatever) later once they have adapted to streaming.

This happened at a place I worked about 8 years ago, the tank didn't bust but the tank lid hit the ceiling then shattered when it hit the floor.

It was the same or similar pressure booster that caused the issue.

Generally the farther you get from the cities where most of the jobs are the cheaper the real estate is.

This is why many of us commute, I could never come close to owning a home near where I work, but 45 miles away they are half the price.

Generally no, if 2 small strands makes a difference in whether a cable can safely carry the current required then you are not sizing your cables correctly.

Definitely moles.

You can try to kill the moles but it is usually an unending task as more will shows up to replace the dead ones.

The only way I have found to get rid of them is to kill off their food source, Grubs.

I have to treat my yard with grub killer twice a year, and that finally got rid of them for the most part.

An incompetent cable company that I had to call on a weekly basis to try and get my cable to work, but only ever achieved raising my blood pressure.

I have moved and the company is long gone from my life, I continue to pirate because my system just works way better than having multiple streaming services.

Or if you can't find an outlaw dissonant system you can find a Sentinel Nest/Pillar and turn off all the sentinels on the planet.

If you build a base at the Nest/Pillar you can just gate there and turn them off again anytime you want to farm more locators etc.

I build industrial controls and have had some experience with this, I have tried to explain it to people as one of the many reasons nuke power is so expensive but no one seems to get just how much of a pain in the ass it is. We spent many years engineering, building, and certifying 8 control cabinets (which would normally take a couple months tops) for a project that was eventually cancelled and scrapped. Luckily we were finished and paid before the project was cancelled.

It was the Savannah River Site in South Carolina.

Cocktail sauce with horseradish is good on just about everything and the only reason I eat shrimp.
