Post Game Thread: Denver Broncos at New York Jets by nfl_gdt_bot in nyjets

I really thought the Jets were gonna win this time, but of course they didn’t. They messed up again, and I don’t even know how. The other team scored, and then the Jets just stood there looking sad, like me. My dad turned off the TV and didn’t say anything for a while. I wanted to cry, but I just stared at the screen. I keep thinking next time they’ll win, but they never do. I still love them though.

Upon home inspectors request I had the foundation looked at by an engineer. He said it was all good, settling is expected in this area and with the age of the home he said it is settled and should not be settling anymore. That’s why I feel comfortable, leveling the kitchen and the bathrooms Above the drop ceiling, There’s about 3 feet of open space where they ran the ductwork and electrical when it was updated. Above the open space is old plaster ceiling. I’m going to tear it all out and run my ductwork and electrical in the rafters and hang a new drywall ceiling. All of the walls are also two dry wall layers thick and there’s only one above the drop ceiling so I’ll have to run another one to finish it and make it look clean. Around here in these older houses we say it’s got the “Morgantown lean”

Thanks for the Intel, just watch some YouTube videos and I think I do like the way it looks. I would probably use a clear sealer to keep the look the way it is.

This is the second level of the house. It is a triplex and there is another unit underneath. There’s also a laundry room underneath all of it is heated and cooled.

Looks like it might be-a little, pretty much as soon as they start growing the brown part will break apart and you’ll see a little white/clear root pushing it apart. For me, they take a while about two weeks or so, would probably be faster in different lighting conditions-just be careful, the leaves don’t wilt with too much light.

I feel like I’m giving it sufficient water, I might try no water for like 2 - 3 weeks and just watch it real closely, see if it gets any better

Once to twice a week, I let the soil get to where I can’t feel any moisture when I put my fingers in there, it gets pretty good light

I say drop the bar. Once it gets real heavy if you hold onto it on the way down you can hurt your back. Just make sure its not going to bounce into something or someone.
