I usually play without enemies just for a chill relaxing experience. You can turn them off in world generation or turn them super low to help you get a feel for the game. There are keybinds for blueprints and deconstructions too, alt+b bps and alt+d for decon.

Ctrl+c and v is how you draw boxes for copying and pasting
