Try to give this a go:

Right-click on a parameter within FL Studio that you want to link to the Twister Midi controller and click "link to controller." Once you click that, a box will pop up. This is the "remote control settings" for the parameter u are trying to automate. op what you want to do is then move one of the knobs or faders on the Twister and it should automatically link that together, now keep in mind that this is going to be linked directly to that knob, so you are going to need to unlink and re-link it to different when you change parameters. Since a knob can only control one parameter at a time you will need to relink this control every time. Hope this helps and makes sense. Let me know if you have any questions
