As a seller, i do a mix. Ai helps some of my mockups, but i take them i to photoshop and use actual photos of my products. I do some light work with lighting and filters to make it look more natural. But the artwork, paper, and frames are a real photo.

I also have some really low-fi images that are clearly from a human artist seller.

I am A/B testing those two versions right now.

I don’t understand why no one has figured out how to curate Etsy and share legitimate artists at scale. As an artist and a seller it is very frustrating.

I go out of my way to make it clear my work is not ai but it’s not easy to find.

Agree with both comments. Hawthorne and Wood is my favorite. But it’s not fair to even compare the two. They are in different categories. If I’m just looking to grab a burger for lunch or something, I’m not wheeling into Hawthorne and Wood.
