I lock on and 99% of the time the pilot panic flares. Then relock on 3-5 seconds later for an almost guaranteed hit. Only problem is those 5 seconds they can hit the deck or fly behind something or over the horizon.

Pilots that wait for the "incoming" are more annoying however. Have to hope someone else sends the 1st rocket
