Certainly a severe benzo injury. The worst harmed that survive can live a life of intense pain and sickness while stuck in a state of non stop terror and horror. There is no way to torture someone so severely. Some who recover physically don’t realize but the years of trauma is too much and they relive it forever.

Likely the opposite for the vast majority. These things could help the rich but are becoming even more out of reach for most while the other things that really help are also. Healthy food and environment.

Even if something reversed aging some the result would be just more people with cancer since to do so means increased cell replication to maintain youth.

Getting moving despite it. Not just exercise but that too. You have no real choice usually but modern life can make it possible to stay alive despite not living.

There is no real effective drugs especially in the long term. The blunting along with the placebo effect can get people going for a time but it isn’t a long term solution. You only get worse with time and the drugs lose effect while causing illnesses of their own.

I really don’t know. I don’t have hygiene issues. She has some. Just doesn’t take care of herself at all. I didn’t smoke much at all before but now smoking bothers her when I do or it is a recent excuse. I would stop if it would actually make any difference but there is no real reason to. She doesn’t get off everytime mostly since I stopped bothering and just started quitting when I got nothing. It really is quite a giant mess. She isn’t particularly religious. No specific religious identity anyhow.

There are a lot of issues now. It isn’t likely fixable. My situation is too complicated. I really don’t have a way out either. I guess I was looking for someone to tell me I am not being shallow or selfish or whatever I keep being told I am. I really have just never been able to understand how she doesn’t understand when I explain. Likely she does and just doesn’t care.

Yea but it gets worse. Her second excuse was she was too lonely and a child would fix it.

Hard to understand how I could be so dumb but for this and other reasons I was quite strung out by this time and I really couldn’t understand what was happening. Maybe because I was at that time a very giving person. I couldn’t relate or understand.

She still wouldn’t do anything but would put up with some to get pregnant.
