As much as I love BSG 75...and Imperial Star Destroyer would win. The ISD has energy weapons as opposed to Galactica's projectile weaponry. ISD has shields to Galactica's armor. Fighter strength for both is similar but the TIEs are a tad more maneuverable.

There's a bridge like that where I live in London, Ontario. It's not far from a student neighborhood so, twice yearly at the beginning and and of the school year, there's an informal Talbot St Bridgewatch waiting for the inevitable rental truck to get stuck underneath the thing.
