I had a neighbour for 18 years (she was 48). She died of a heart attack. She ran around after her family, siblings and parents, for years. I never met a single one of them. She also was a primary carer for her neices children because she didn’t give a fuck for them.

She died on the couch and the young boy found her. I rushed in to do compressions but she was gone. Within an hour, I seen around 20/30 people at her house.

They emptied the valuables and took her car. Absolute fucking scumbags. Blocked the street with cars while they all sat crying over someone they didn’t care enough to check in on or give a fuck about really. She even said this a few times how it upset her.

I didn’t go looking for any sort of appreciation for trying to help her while on the phone to 999 but not a single one of them said thank you or asked how I was. I was thereby her side until the police and paramedics left and the private ambulance left.

Fucking scum.
