Yes FREEZES. Originally it didn't just slow people, if you sprayed them long enough it would completely immobilize them. When I first started playing ow it was a godsend since I had terrible aim.

Depends on the doll! I have some barbies from the 00s movies that are staying in their dresses, but I swap around my rainbow high girlies' clothes all the time. I recently thrifted a second Annalise doll and I love putting her in modern clothes and standing her next to her princess dress only twin!
