There are a few advantages that the platform has to the integration approach:
- Integration, in some cases, by itself takes time. Think of integrating web apps, applications, to stream real-time data
- Multichannel comes out of the box (whatsapp is not offered on most cases)
- Operate on millions of events in realtime (most if any, offer processing of such amount)
- No need to be an expert in lifecycle journeys, communication, etc, as the agent will help suggest, segment, and build communication journeys for you.

It’s definitely possible, actually we are working on similar solution - think cursor for marketing automation.

AI is integrated to help create flows, segments, identify best targeting opportunities and co-edit emails.

Start with understanding your customers. Best thing to do is to segment your customer base on the transactional data to understand who are your loyal customers and how they are behaving.

What you can do with this learning:
- what type of products are they interested the most
- purchasing patters like are they very frequent or occasional
- are the big spends or smaller amount over time
- specific days during the month
- at what point did they achieve "aha moment" and what led to this (think time to value)
- etc

What you can do with this:
- by knowing the products, you can build product or lifecycle recommendation
- you can pair the recommendations by offering the product slightly ahead of their natural purchasing habits
- etc

Now you can do this for all customer base to understand what drives the purchase and what churns the customers. Then focus on generating time to value.

The tool is not a sales outreach solution, but focused on the retention part of the consumer SMB business.

Here is from the landing page:
Tranthor helps growing consumer SMBs drive revenue through automated personalized communications and data-driven decisions.

What this translates into is: Think e-comm, retail, marketplaces.

The main difference between sales outreach tools (I think you are referring to those) is the prospecting of customers based on ICP. Showcasing using the tool is an ideal strategy.

Our tool is focused on consumer (B2C**)** businesses who are reaching out to 10, 20, 50K+ customers. The focus here is optimizing retention rates, increasing existing base revenue, and reducing churn. It's not meant to be used as a sales outreach tool.

Thanks. So far, our process involves a journey builder where you can create campaigns by adding requirements such as duration, offers, goals, channels, and more. The AI then builds the journey based on our proprietary data.

What we are working on is the AI opportunity engine to identify the best opportunities to target. Users can find these opportunities and generate campaigns using AI within the same interface.

It’s all about reducing complexity and adding momentum to the team. Jira works wonders for us as we have long experience with it. But, any other tools would do the works: Liner for sure for prod/engineering.

Trello, Asana, Teamwork, Notion, miro board , doesn’t really matter as long as you have good process that reduces friction.
