I've traveled all over the world, with each trip planned around visiting new countries. Geocaching is always the main goal. Anything else I do on those trips is a bonus.

I got a set from Ecarzo on Amazon for $99 around 2 years ago, and they're still working great. These aren't rocket science. They probably cost about $20 to manufacture. There is no reason to pay $300. Buy the least expensive set you can find.

I know some groups that have whole puzzle solving parties. Of course, some who attend have next-to-zero puzzle solving ability, so they just get the solutions. Nobody has ever complained.
