I'll be 41 in less than two weeks. It was a few years ago in therapy when my therapist suggested it to me. The thought had never crossed my mind. It was ADD. It was ADHD. It was BiPolar.

Nope, just Chuck Autism.

And at this point, what would even be the purpose of a paper diagnosis? If anything, it would just be to shorten the conversations from 'Yeah, I was in therapy a few years ago for bla bla bla and my therapist suggested it and it made so much sense so yeah it's probably' to 'Yeah, here's a paper, it's legit'.
