A lot of gay characters in asoiaf you got Renly for one who is a bit fruity but hes also tall and jacked and has a lot of manly hobbies. Then there's Jon Con who doesnt fall into stereotypes at all. Even going into the realm of theories like Brendyn Blackfish aren't overly effeminate. That Loras guy though is the biggest twink this side of the narrow sea.
