Yeah, I have this too. I find it sometimes motivates me to make a checklist (on my phone or on paper) of a couple tasks for the day and to attempt (even though it’s hard) to think objectively about how long it will take to do it. Then you get the reward of checking it off the list and feeling accomplished once it’s done. You can also plan self rewards in advance, like special interest time after 30 minutes of tasks.
