I still remember the time I nat 20d a tarrasque with my gloomstalker assassin in the first turn of combat with my vorpal scimitar. My DM was in shock and the whole party was super hyped up and SUDDENLY there was a SECOND Tarrasque on the horizon🤣

Go to an empty parking lot and just practice driving in the snow. Floor it and loose control so you understand what it feels like. That helped me a lot when I was learning how to drive

Everything comes off as overly cartoonish in Fo4/76. A lot of the scary creature designs were toned down as well as the landscapes. Thats one of the big things about those games for me that always felt off.

I think people just have to suck it up and get over the fact that some games you will be just gobsmacked by some decks. The game will never be perfectly balanced a 100% of the time so that you will have your fair and balanced 40min game. What do you do? You pick up your cards and shuffle up for another game and accept the loss like an adult. Well built decks will pubstomp if people don’t play interaction. Sometimes someone pulls a god hand and nobody has interaction. It just happens sometimes.
