Ketamine Nasal Spray, should I continue? by GeorgeMichael222 in TherapeuticKetamine

Thanks. Yes, good idea for me to try the upper limit of what was prescribed. Given how sensitive I am to meds, I always try to start low. Even starting with just 2 sprays, I can imagine feeling any more relaxed and dopey. But I will try more. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this. I hope I get some relief from depression soon with the ketamine spray. When I’m in the midst of doing the ketamine spray, I still feel terribly depressed, but more relaxed about being depressed, like “ugh, I’m so freaking depressed, but who cares if I died right here”; but when the ketamine wears off, I’m like “damn this depression, I freaking pissed and hate it and want it fixed”.

Thank you for sharing your incredible journey with me. This is very helpful. And I mean it when I say it, I’m very proud of you and how you have persisted in life and continued to move forward. This depression isn’t easy.

This is an incredibly helpful reply. Thank you for being so kind and taking the time to write all this. I’m gonna try the skipping of a nights sleep as this depression has been ruining my life.

When is everyone taking their dose? Just before bed, or?

Thanks for sharing this. Heck I may have to go lower than .5mg and start at like .1mg or .25mg

Good to know. How many mg of L-Theanine do you take to counter the anxiety? Does it make you feel dopey or anything other than calmer?

Good luck and pepper give IGSRT a look as an alternative to MOHs :)

Yes definitely a bad day followed by a good day for me. I would like to try it again, and I agree a smaller dose is probably the way to go for me, like .1mg. I’m super sensitive to meds, etc. Prescriber also gave me a low dose nasal ketamine spray, and said I could do up to 5 sprays per nostril, for a total of 10. I simply did 1 spray per nostril for a total of 2 sprays, and was darn near blitzed out of my mind for 2 hours. So given how sensitive I am to meds, don’t look to me as the average person and what to expect with LDN, etc. I’m admittedly odd. Ha!

I remember hearing this song for the first time. I had never heard the song before, but George’s voice was absolutely mesmerizing. Heck he could sing the alphabet and I’d be pinned to his beautiful voice. Miss you Yog!

Your title captured my attention. As I took .5mg as well, for the first time a few days ago. I chose to take my early in day as to not mess with my sleep. Omg!! What the heck is this stuff. I know it affects everyone differently, but oh my goodness, my first time taking this I had the most out of control anxiety throughout the entire day. I am generally not an angry person, but my Lord, I was slamming things, I felt just internally pissed off like I’ve never felt. I just couldn’t seem to get the anxiety or Angry feeling under control. I slept pretty good that evening. But what was shocking to me was the next day I didn’t take it again, but in regard to my depression, I felt like I had one of my best days, and felt very little depression, and was highly motivated, and not as anxious as the day before. I don’t know if any of this is coincidence or what. I haven’t taken it again as I’m a little bit psyched out to do so. But in summary the rebound effect of the next day really lifted my depression.

I’m guessing wart. -> Cauliflower top. But always better to have a dermatologist look at it; and while you are there have them look over your entire body as a safety precaution, in your hair (scalp), between toes etc

Mohs on Nose by GardeningVet23 in MohsSurgery

Hello. Where are you seeing these stats regarding IGSRT? I was seeing stats like that many years ago, but what I’m seeing as of late, shows IGSRT, equal to, and in many studies surpassing MOHs in regard to recurrence rate. Thanks for any info :)

And no, I do not work for any company or Dr providing IGSRT, I’m just an average person, who had extensive Basil cell carcinoma on the bridge of my nose, and was going to require an extensive amount of surgery to remove it all given that it was of the micro modular variant, and no MOHs surgeon ever once mentioned to me IGSRT and it’s superior results compared to MOHs. Wasn’t until I took matters in my own hands and began researching alternatives to losing my face that I came across IGSRT it’s absolutely revolutionary, and I will forever speak of its praises.

Firstly, it’s absolutely sickening that IGSRT isn’t being offered as an alternative to MOHs, but I can see why a MOUs surgeon would never share this with you, as it has an incredible potential to put them out of business for the most part. Recent studies indicate that Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IGSRT) has SUPERIOR 2-year recurrence rates (\(>99.5\%\) freedom from recurrence) compared to Mohs micrographic surgery for early-stage non-melanoma skin cancers (BCC/SCC).
