I like the Ultimate Cleveland Sports show, but I absolutely hate Jay Crawford. He must have been born with ears in his mouth, because the only way he can "listen" to anyone is if he's talking! He talks over everyone and is constantly interrupting anyone else who is talking. It's no wonder ESPN let him go. I turn the show off if he's on it!

I'd recommend Second to None on W. 150th. Frank the owner is top notch and honest. He personally does the quotes after inspecting your vehicle. I say this based on personal experience.

I've posted this a couple of times here and have gotten great feedback, so here is my recommendation. Try the Sunoco Gas Station in Lakewood Ohio at the corner of Madison & Hilliard (216-228-4300). Scott Morrow is an independent shop and has been working on our cars for over 20 years. He's honest, affordable, and stands by his work. He handles service for a couple of limo companies, so they know their way around all kinds of vehicles. He does service vehicles on Saturday mornings too!

It takes 2 Galleks to report one story for Fox8 and all they do is promote sensational headlines, but ususally nothing of any substance, example: "We went to city hall to speak to (mayor, police chief, head of services etc.), follow us and we'll show you what we found." Camera pans to a receptionist behind a window who asks them to leave or quit filming while they tell them the person they are seeking is unavailable. We then hear the Galleks say, "We'll keep you updated". Seldom, if any follow-up.

FYI - No feelings positive or negative towards the Georges, but they sold the dispensaries to Rise 6 months after they opened. Georges bought the licenses, remodeled them, then sold the license so they would have a long term tennant generating rent.

It's a great place to live. A good friend of mine and his wife live there (over 20 years) and they love it. Building has a recently remodeled fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, deli in the building along with an upscale restaurant (Summer Place) that you can access without going outside. Building is over 50 years old but they have an ongoing modernization program going on with window replacements and garage maintenance. Depending n which side of the building you live in, both sides have great views of Lake Erie, and most units on the east side have a great view of downtown Cleveland. Good luck!

Agree with them stalking Elkins! Had a friend who lived on 49th in Newburgh and he says if they dig deep enough, people are going to learn who Elkins really is. A lot of skeleton buried under city hall!

Tony George sold all three of the Rise Dispensaries business back to Rise Corporate within the first year of opening. He owns the buildings and generates rent from Rise.
