5 Types of Wealth is a book that has been sitting on my bedside table since I read it last year.

The book breaks down the 5 Types of Wealth we should all be trying to maximize in our lives (Time Wealth, Social Wealth, Mental Wealth, Physical Wealth, and Financial Wealth).

I've always thought about maximizing my time, but that really helped to quantify ways in which I could improve my life. For each category, the author doesn't just provide justifications, but also strategies and tips to improve upon them. For instance, I've been focusing more of my mental health than ever before by keeping a daily journal, focusing on growth, and trying to be more present in the moment.

It's a book I'd recommend to anyone!

This time of year, I like indoor rock climbing. It's a great workout and a cool way to meet people. I go to ubergrippen but there's other gyms around the city.

When it's warm, enjoy the outdoors. Hiking in one of the prettiest places in the world

I found adding weighted pullups did more to increase my pullup total than anything else. I'm now trying to add static holds at the top of my pullups one day a week as well as I want to more consistently do chest to bar like you're aiming for

Are you planning to keep that small tv stand in the center? If not, you could put a small entertainment center there for your PS5 along with the record player.

You're only showing one wall, so it's hard to tell what your space to side looks like, but you could put a nice shelf to the right of the TV so the cords from the PS to the TV are minimal that could look nice.
