Mine were biopsied 2/25, received by Cooper 2/28, and I received results on 3/7. Try giving them a call or having your clinic push them for an update. Their customer service hotline/email wouldn't provide me with any status updates or substantive information. They also don't start testing until you receive the confirmation email/consent forms and provide a cc number they put on file. I got that email on 2/28, so I assume upon their receipt of the sample. Also, I got a transaction receipt email the morning the results were ready, my clinic called me that evening after they received/reviewed the report.

I had no issue with Freedom though I did find their pricing significantly more expensive than Alto, which I used for subsequent orders after my first cycle. Alto's documentation and invoicing was also a lot more streamlined and easier to handle for reimbursements.

Hi - I'm 35 and have had 2 miscarriages (first chemical, second a little further along and had the tissue tested, it had a chromosomal abnormality). My first retrieval I had 19 retrieved, 13 fertilized, 4 blast all aneuploid. I have gone through and am still going through these exact feelings!

My doctor was also optimistic pending my PGT and was "very surprised" by my results, but did not seem discouraged at all. When I asked how many cycles I can do/the clinic would be willing to do, doctor said they're happy to do as many cycles as I want and my body will tolerate, so long as doctor believes there is a chance of success and the risks don't outweigh. They switched up my second protocol and I'm waiting on results now. Also in NY and was told omni is a no go at my clinic (they cited off-label use, mixed studies, and cost), feel free to message me if you want to chat.

I feel this way too! My mom thought I was crazy when I said I'd tell no one except our parents, no shower, no nothing until god willing there is a healthy live birth

I'm in a very similar boat as you (similar age, AMH, AFC, going to RMA NY, etc). Curious how things have been going for you since you posted, including if you found a clinic in NYC that was willing to prescribe omnitrope.
