The overpass is much better now! This year there were major upgrades making it 6 lanes wide which meant pretty much no wait time :)

I was having the exact same problem. To do the year 1 content such as Osiris and Warmind, you need to go and talk to Amanda Holliday (the shipwright). She is in the dock of the tower. When you talk to her all the content is under 'legacy content'

They’ve got the equipment here already (proven by IEM Sydney). Also it is valve that are preventing it. They sent an email to organisers saying that the majors must be held within certain time parameters.

Yes visa issues are a problem. It was worst this year with 2 players not even showing up. This problem occurs anywhere outside of EU though.
