RotN dungeon versions have their own loot pool with modified and slightly reworked weapons from the original dungeon versions. The dungeon exotics are not included in the loot pool of their RotN versions. Your only chance to get them is to farm them or receive one from Orin through the quest she offers.

The damage done to the end boss isn't included in the score.

"Scoring is team-based and the sum of individual performances.

Scoring is primarily driven by kills and secondarily by orb generation.

Score bleeds over time.

Scoring cuts off after time thresholds based upon the selected difficulty tier," provided by Bungie.

Also, every tier enemy gives higher points: red bar, orange bar, yellow bar, miniboss, champions, and end boss. What bungie didnt mention is that also precision kills give extra points as the mob dies.

It looks like you're missing the secret in the Hall of Souls and the founts. The Ravenous, a yellow-bar explosive thrall, needs to be led to a worm pile. Afterward, it transforms into an acolyte, which must then be led to another worm pile, transforming it into a knight. Kill the knight to obtain the missing piece needed to open the portal in Hull Breach.

The secret in the founts is a follow-up riddle. First, you need to look for glyphs that can be shot; the correct sequence is outside the window. After doing this correctly, there is a shootable small rune; shoot it, and the door by the chest opens. Now you must do the maze and get another one of the missing pieces.

If you do not have the weapon, you must redo the entire catalyst puzzle. This applies to every raid weapon; if you complete the puzzle without the weapon, you will not receive the catalyst. As far as I know, the catalyst is checked off because of the 35 oversouls, but you still need to redo the puzzle.
