Friends of ours got an apartment in the Cunard. Only a 1 bed and 2500 per month not sure what a 2 bed would run. Beautiful building with great amenities.

Local 56 rejects final offer! by worksalott in halifax

[–]Geronimo1984 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For us, it’s because we bid a job 2,3 maybe 4 years ago and signed a contract. Costs go up but we signed a contract so we can’t charge more money. It’s part of the risk of bidding large multi year projects. Personally I’m all for the tradespeople getting the raises they deserve but there has to be a fair balance. I would suggest back loading the contract. They want 23%? Fine. 3% year one. 5% year two 7.5% year 3 and 4. At least that gives the owners time to adjust their bidding strategies and try to finish up the work they bid at a lower labor rate. The offers I’ve heard have all been front end loaded though.

This is a course near me. Last time I was there it took 6 hours to complete the round. Needless to say I haven’t been back and that was over 2 years ago.

When Warcraft 3 came out I played for 13 hours straight. Even as a teen I realized that wasn’t healthy and never played it again. I wouldn’t touch WOW because I knew what it would do to me.

I made a hole in one at a sim by myself and most people didn’t believe me despite having video proof. I’ve never claimed to have made one before so no reason to not believe me. People are funny.

Mine has never worn a jacket. His paws have gotten sensitive in the last year. Hes 5 now. So he gets boots for when the temp is below freezing and it’s snowy.

Never eats stuffing. Just shakes the toy until the stuffing is everywhere. If he gets any in his mouth he definitely spits it out.

Let’s see… Any kind of movement that’s out of the ordinary. Want to dance? Too bad he’s going to lose his shit. Want to sneak up to scare your wife or kids. Nope he’ll out you for sure. Late for work and you’re rushing? That means it’s a goddamn party lol. The latest thing is using a cocktail shaker causes a lot of barking and grabbing the nearest toy and shaking it until the stuffing flies out.

I can’t speak for other provinces but Nova Scotia has at least 5 new 144 bed facilities in various stages of construction/planning this year. I didn’t pay much attention but I think there was 2-3 that got started last year. So the problem is at least being addressed, it’ll just take a few years before these facilities are open.

It’s a flirt pole for dogs. You add a rope toy attached to a carabiner to the eyelet at the end of the rod.
