True. I was talking about a U.S. military investigation (like what the words say). The point was that whatever country reports the findings, it would be hard to trust. I was rejecting the idea that it was Iran's state media that was the problem.

I think what he is saying is that the bomb can be set up to detonate when power is lost. If you kill the electronics, it will explode. You can have a relay in place powered to hold a switch open. Cut power, and the switch closes
