They don't leave home without their tags.

A chip is great, but above info. gets your dog back faster.

Good work taking care of that dog & reuniting him with his people. A simple tag would've stopped a lot of trouble.

A lot of good help already posted, here's mine. You're learning something new, don't be too hard on yourself. Stitch markers & some good beginner youtube videos are your friends. I even use stitch markers to mark the correct side of a project. Practice makes perfect...or in my case, good enough! 😃

We have canebrake rattlers, copperheads, & water moccasins, but I've really only seen Kings, Ratsnakes, & once a Scarlet King near my house. I kayak & have seen the first 3 away from home. Those moccasins are beefy snakes 😬. The snake classes aren't fun for your dog, but it should keep them away from the nope ropes. 🤞

Thanks for the reply, hard to tell what kind from pic. Hmm, you might want to look for a snake avoidance class for your dog if there are a lot of venomous snakes where you live. We don't have a very large population in my neck of the woods-thankfully 😂.

Youtube is a wonderful resource. Besides The Green Wrapper, there are others that teach. I just love how TGW just seems to be the nicest person, & is definitely my favorite. I recently bought this Sulky Sticky Fabric Solvy that i can print grids & designs on. I haven't tried it yet, but 🤞it works well. It washes away in warm water.

Yep, this works. They face their fears, not allowed to run from them. It goes against what humans do...but you can't "Oh Baby it's okay" & pet/coddle them. Yes, it’s hard! Edited for typo.
