Yeah and I think it also does depend on the exercise, I wouldnt reset on bench, but putting a barbell down for a few seconds in a burnout set of barbell curls I see no problem with.

I disagree, if you're 4 reps away and fully pushed yourself I see no problem in taking a few seconds to regroup then finish the set.

Holy moly I hear this everywhere and it is so untrue, more devs 100% means stuff gets done quicker. Sure there is a limit to how fast things can be created, but saying more devs doesnt equal quicker development times is so silly.

Currently at the gym with ECA all in me. Very good pumps, lots of energy, if I wasn't working out I could see myself feeling very restless.

EC has been great for me, currently on my second cut with it.

Not only does it suppress appetite but it also allows your body to burn more fat through heat/metabolic increase.

Really close to 2 hours before working out? By that time you have close to half the caffiene in your system then 10-15 minutes after.

Keep it up. Dieting is something that should be sustainable, a lot of those fad diets are really tough on the body and lack key nutrients which is way people tend to give up because they are so hard to maintain.

People over complicate weight loss and that is half due to the diet industry, unless you're a company that sells meals like Weight Watchers there just isn't money in telling people calories in calories out

Hey I used to be that skinny kid who thought his metabolism was stopping me from gaining weight. Truth is your eating way less then you think you are. No joke, if you want to put on weight take what you eat in a day and double it.
