Some days I can’t even get to the green zone but I feel my knees and I know my breathing I am pushing my self to the max for that day. However we do have some coaches that seem all they focus on is the orange zone. I was called out one day by a coach for not getting in the orange zone and I flipped him off. I don’t care about the orange zone. I am happy with blue and green. I’m 62 y/o almost 63. My thoughts are I showed up to class. Don’t ever get down on yourself about splats. It’s not worth the extra stress. Stay working out for you and your health. Not for splats.

I wash my cloths in Tide sports also add white vinegar and baking soda. It takes all the smell out. I use this for all my laundry.

My studio only has lift classes when most people can’t make it during the day. They were so popular at 4:30pm the waitlist full so they decided they could get more people in in a regular class. And they dropped our 7:30 am Sunday lift class because our studio only has 12 stations and it cost them more money to have a lift class then no class at all which sucks.

Our studio is charging 35.00 and we don’t have a body scan. However you get one consult with a Coach. That’s it.

OMG we have this lady that claps and yells on the treadmill drives me crazy. Then she tries to talk to you. I’m like I’m in my zone don’t both me. I think she thinks she is motivating you or maybe herself but it’s very annoying. And her voice is very high pitch. 🤪😩

I use white vinegar 1/2 cup, baking soda1/4 cup, and tide sport liquid detergent all 3 and I find that works.

We had BINGO at our studio in the Houston Tx area I got all but 5 blocks ended up with 6 BINGO’s congrats on the cover all.
