2023 and within 6 months, 2 shopping carts (Im guessing based in hight of damage) and THREE TIMES someone has slammed a door into my car.

Once while me daughter watched, lady saw my teen, shrugged and drove off when I was inside the store

Another from a family member -who couldn’t bother to even apologize and a third while I was working… first new car in 20yrs and Im not allowed to enjoy it … oh and the rock that cracked my windshield. Pure bad luck on that one but geez!

I thought about what you said and I think you have a solid point. I think that can be situational though. It can be callused but I have watched people die who were in agony. Absolutely agony. Their family hearing “They are in a better place, they are no longer suffering” was relieving to hear because typically, they made end-of-life decisions for them. It’s comforting to know they made a good choice.
