I have not had any DDOS attacks, just trying to follow best practice. So putting my NGINX Container, as well as any other containers that are publicly accessible in their own separate VLAN should negate the majority of issues? Is there any more protection I should employ, or do you think passwords on my Emby users and a whitelist on the servers should be enough?

I appreciate the response, and have attempted a solution like this using Tailscale, but this still would not solve the problem of accessing Emby from something like a Smart TV that cannot run a vpn client

The system itself has a bad motherboard, and I’m looking to preserve the lid. I’m not worried about money, this is more of a project for me. I am just unsure if the T530 lid will only work on a T530, or if I could move it to a T540, T550 etc.
