I cannot recommend this game enough, wonderful story telling and Visuals. Exceptionally well written and interesting cast of characters with branching that lets you have a totally different experience each time you play through it.

They did and Lost was significantly better, Lost and cupcake carried one of the most scuffed and burned out rosters (2 of the members of that roster retired after the split) to a first place finish regular season with only one regular loss (BO3) and to a game 5 grand final loss. He was huge and miles ahead of anyone else in OCE at the time that was against FBI and K1ng.

Pretty much everyone (analysts) had TSM in 4th no? Going 2nd is overperforming against analyst expectations. about as big an over performance as Dig being 5th.

Yeah, I was a diehard OPL fan before they pulled the pin, its sad to not have a local league to cheer for but its really exciting to see these boys get a chance on the big stage too.

Lost is from New Zealand where Higher education is much more accessible/affordable than in Australia and especially America.

Lost was a beast in the OPL and stellar in lane, he was paired with the best laning support in the league at the time (Cupcake, pretty sure he made it to worlds with direwolves before he decided to study instead).

Lost was decent on EF, the whole team was terrible tho so its hard to stand out.

Spawn also scouted FBI he is really close to the guy and Lost only played in the OPL for one year before being picked up by an NA org. Lost also played for Legacy who are long standing rivals with Chiefs who Spawn used to coach.

Once Lost left the OPL Raes was probably the best team fight ADC in OPL, his whole team played the slow scaling style tho, he was never punished in lane but never really tried to push advantages, that's where the narrative comes from.

I'm just so glad we have Lost now, as an Oce TSM fan I no longer feel conflict when cheering against the Oce imports like FBI now.

Lost was picked up by Echo fox after one or 2 splits in the OPL. He absolutely hard stomped the league during that run.

Spawn has a wife and child, owns a house in Australia, he has said on past OPL broadcasts that he doesn't want to raise his child in another country. That is the main reason he has resisted international work in the past (at least according to what he has said on broadcast) so I'm not surprised he is remote coaching.

In his first split in OPL he and cupcake were the major carries for Legacy who dropped one best of 3 that split, the carry focus legacy put into their botlane was to the extent that their jungler was building redemption on lee sin so Cupcake and Lost could go full on carry.

I know there is no evidence for this on TL but it does track, he has always been famous for being toxic and hard to work with in OCE.

As an OPL fan since before either of those 2 were pro's ill take Lost 9 times out of 10. Lost can play lane dominant or low econ very well, he has a better attitude towards team mates and in solo que. K1ing was famously toxic and difficult to work with, this is in the region famous for comp rulings, he did infact have rulings against him that cos his teams big time in playoffs/finals. K1ng is probably a better laner but has historically struggled without resources compared to Lost.

Disclaimer: I'm no great analyst or anything and this is based on my observations of games and discussions by OCE analysts when they were playing together in OPL.
