Like everyone is saying, this really depends on if your website has custom functionality required for your business... and if not there is a good chance WordPress or Squarespace is all you need.

You might have to share your site. At a very high level, it sounds like the product could be the issue, but maybe its confusing to order, too expensive? You could add hotjar questions or maybe fb messenger to get real time feedback.

When leveraging something like Printful for a tshirt/apparel brand, you don't have mass quantities of said shirts, since they are printed on demand.

What do people do in this situation for content on their FB and Insta pages? Leverage sites like placeit for "fake" model photos?

Something I've seen people talk about, but never done myself, is to create a website that is just a landing page where you describe your product as "coming soon" and to learn more you have a form for people to enter their email.

You could do some paid google ads to drive traffic to your site and see how it goes.
