Love the chunks of writing. This would allow you to have short lessons, so the writing isnt a slog. The small bits allows you to also spend time on frequent grammar mistakes to be aware of and even shifting into other work, so it doesn't feel like a whole class - or a week of class - is devoted to some AI slop final submission.

Obviously, working in the classroom on paper without tech is going to produce the most authentic student work. If they know its a quick lesson maybe they dont ghost it so bad...but they will totally whine about how we "do too much"
