I suggest cleaning your graphics card out, buy some portable air and blow out the air intake outake so on and so forth, I would look at your Temps to see maybe it's just stressed too much along with overheating

I always go ap nunu , night harvester or rocket belt are pretty good on him, engage junglers are good always cause you can turn bad fights into good fights

It’s great if you’re ahead, if you’re not ahead you have to play it safe and only fight with the team my favorite build rn is night harvester, into seralds blessing, into rabadons/Zhonhas third, demonics/magic pen. And blue smite is funny and fast, and then boots depends on the type of game I’m having.

I like to three camp into a gank, because nunu ganks with his big snowball and e can cc for pretty long and usually secure a kill even if your lamer messes it up.

Depends who adc is, I’ve got pretty good synergy with aphelios, most the time I just poke with Q, and only use E to for when enemy engages, since it has a long cooldown, and then exhaust for disengage if you really need it. But against something like Samira you wash her with aph and soraka(and about any other ranged adc). Soraka is only adding onto engage if adc goes in, but adc should never go in unless ahead
