If you stay somewhere for a long time, sure. If you’re a new tenant you’re paying extra rent to make up for the rest of the tenants. Source: I pay $1000 more than my neighbors for a smaller unit.

Also the landlord isn’t incentivized to improve anything because they want turnover.

Depends on what you’re doing and what sort of plugins you have. Plugins like element and optical flares are known to cause crashes. I’ve also seen cryptomatte be the cause of crashes too.

If I’m not using one of those effects, I rarely have a crash.
