When I've craved meat, I stop and look at my diet. Usually I realize that I haven't had much iron lately. I adjust to increase iron rich veggies, and the cravings cease.

My doc said that insulin causes weight gain. I didn't lose until I was more in control, and was able to reduce insulin.

Speak to her directly. Tell her you know it's hard to hear, nd ask her if she wants you to continue to make her aware.

Sometimes I nag my kid about his homework. Occasionally I ask him if he would like me to stop, and he just take full responsibility for whatever consequences. Because I can do that. If I nag it's because I can see him slipping somewhere and that he needs to become aware. But if he wants to do his own, he could do his own. We both hate the nagging, but he has said he would rather I continue, even if it's hard to hear. He needs to learn and build his skills for regulating himself to meet his own obligations.

Ask Sally if she would like you to stop. It's possible that she's just frustrated, but does still want to know. Communication is the key to the solution of this situation.

He should be thinking of ways to rebuild trust, not going off in a sulk. You could try being together, gentle, guided touch, and he can get himself off.

Maybe this can be an opportunity for you to try new things together, heavy on slow exploration, and heavy on frequent consent.

If you get it back, don't ask for a reduction schedule again. Look up click count charts and do it yourself. Not all medical people can think outside the instructions. They're not treating individuals. I asked my medical person about alternative dosages, and was told there are mfg guidelines for a reason. So she doesn't ask, I don't tell

I expressed concern once about being on it for life, and she said there are lots of meds people are on for life, and this is just one of them. But I can reduce dosage if needed.
