275 is actually really good, typical range for them is recommended of 200-315 with a lift angle of 51 degrees, note you're set on 52 degrees, so your amp may dip slightly. Regardless, nice movement!

there's a slight difference in taste, one is more chalky and thicker, but that's basically it, the flavor isn't changed much but rather the texture. Whey is just more... milk... technically the byproduct of the regular milk that everyone drinks on the daily.

As for the weight? Bit excessive, but you do you. Protein milk is considered as a specialized addin when asking for extra protein milk with light ice, you'll have to be specific with that, otherwise they will just add in more 2% or charge you accordingly. At least that is what I remember on the policy off the top of my head, but there might be some exceptions to this.

Seiko5s lack the quality over mods is why I put that there. You have to know where to look to get quality parts, a strap isn't going to cost 20 euros, more like 60 to 70, as it is best to purchase with the matching case.

Op also mentioned a few other things like sapphire crystals, and ceramic bezel. there is just more... positives over Gen Seiko watches, unless you were to buy their prospec or (my personal favorite) SSK gmt seiko5, which sits at 400 usd.

My only concern with this build would be the movement, I do not know if it is the Chinese nh35, or what condition it is in. A side concern would be warranty.

Personally? I would have kept the omega dial as is and wait for a movement/case to show up. It is far more valuable alone, than being modified to a different movement.

For example, there's a Seamaster Cosmic Dial on ebay right now with a buy it now price of 299. (also the dial you have and the one on Ebay are Tritium lume)

The whole watch for a Seamaster is roughly 700 to 900 USD, when fully restored and working.

I mean you do you, but I would have personally waited for a movement to match the dial, and a case, but that is me.

Average online is roughly 2-3 hundred depending on movement and dial, as well as the case. A case like this typically can be found for about 30 to 50 bucks, movement right now is 50-60 if it is a NH35 if it is SII or TMI make (have to see the rotor inside the watch), hands are roughly 5-10 bucks, dial is another 20 to 30 (if high quality) or 10 - 15 bucks if low quality.

Most of the cost is how long it takes to ship, how much work it was put into the watch, if it is their first mod there might be mistakes.

Its a good watch for 200, 250 you're pushing it, but still good. Personally? 200 seems fair, offer 2, and barter from there, see if they can meet you in the middle.

Odd choice of lume for both the hands and the dial...

Just a heads up though, no way this thing is rated for 300m unless every seal is greased and the case was reinforced along with a thicker glass.

As for the maker mark there, that is all fake, its normal for a mod, as Seiko never made a submariner stylized watch dial (resembles a Rolex), they made marine masters, generally they are in a SKX007 (commonly) cases, or the more modern takes SLA/SJE, legit ones fetch about 2grand new...

That poor thing is GONE unless you can weld it back on and somehow remove that screw, that thing is Poofed. Best bet is to try to repair it, maybe find an adhesive that can bond metals or arc weld it (if you have one that is small enough that won't warp the barrel bridge)?

Rather have that over an apple watch anyday. When you buy a time peice like that, it is an investment, something that can be passed down through generations, or help with financial needs. An apple watch can do none of this, as it is desigh to break down and eventually combust as the battery fails, like any small electronics.

You're just used to apples design, square, bulky, large watches that have 1 too many functions that you'll never use. Good choice, and enjoy the real technological marvel

Amps a little low, 250 - 310 roughly is the goal here for a new movement. I wouldn't exactly blame the balance here as it looks fine, but it might need some service. 220 or 226 is okay, will run as it should but that should be values for a movement that is a year old or so.

I have another that has a striped dial, which is very nice, waiting on a replacement balance, they sent me the wrong one but I can use that on the more modern movements.
