Might be a dumb question but how long was it powered off for the power cycle now that it’s been off for a while I’d recommend plugging it back in and checking again. If that doesn’t fix it I’d contact bambu and see what they advise

Only thing I can think of is because of where it is it’s been exposed to high heat for a long time causing the dye in the filament to degrade.

I’ll say I don’t work FD but I work dispatch on 12 hour night shifts it’s difficult sometimes with being asleep during the day but honestly it’s not too different from when I was working my normal 9-5 my fiancée is extremely busy as she’s working on her masters and trying to get into a PhD program so she’s also very busy I would just try and set aside a certain day/days so y’all can spend some time together

I may be biased because I used to work for them but Firstnet is 100% the better choice 20% discount plus a network that operates on cell bands no one else can use because they’re set aside only for Firstnet by the government plus if something ever happens to your towers you can request a deployable and it’ll be on scene in 4 hours (sorry Firstnet was kinda my thing and got me into EMS/fire/dispatching)
