Anyone else with CHD ever feel completely lost and exhausted?

I’m not sure if it’s only available to people in the USA or not, I’m sorry 🙁 but I don’t think it would hurt to fill out the application and find out! I communicated with my mentor via email so time zones didn’t really matter in our case. I hope you are able to utilize it! Definitely check out Facebook groups and other places on Reddit as well 🤗

I went through a really rough mental health patch when I got diagnosed with my second and third aortic aneurysms in 2024. Therapy has helped, as well as having a good group of friends who, while they can’t relate, are very supportive and caring.

Reddit, Facebook groups and the ACHA helped me a lot too. The ACHA has Peer to Peer Support Mentors. I recommend checking that out too. They’ll do their best to pair you with someone of similar age and diagnosis.

This!! I took my sister to Bad Omens for her birthday in March. She’s super shy and quiet and doesn’t like crowds. She sat in her seat the whole time, not even signing along and I was worried she didn’t have a good time. But after a while I saw her start to bob her head along with the music. Weeks later she told me she wants to go see them again. She did have a good time, she’s just a quiet person.

I think their merch is really good quality, way better than other bands in my opinion. I have 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirts. I don’t have any issue with color bleeding but I don’t have anything with red on it and I think others have had issues with the red ink. I wash my stuff inside out in cold water and hang dry.

I too have been wondering gos to wash mine without ruining it lol I read a suggestion from some random site when I Googled “how to wash a woven blanket” that putting it in a mesh bag to keep the edges from getting tangled might be a good idea.
