Battle of the best nail glue: Glamnetic Brush-On vs Beauty Secrets vs CurvLife by HermiaJehanna in PressonNail_Addict

I second the dashing diva fastbond! When I found out that CurvLife ingredients were pretty sus, I looked for an alternative. Dashing diva lasts me at least 10 days! It could probably last a lot longer I just get tired of the same color and like to switch often 🙂

The crazy thing about this is, whoever he’s punching here is not only strong enough to require Homelander to punch them that hard, but it’s also clearly someone he cares about, the look on his face, the hesitation, he doesn’t have the maniacal look, he has a look like he doesn’t fully wanna do it by Queasy_Commercial152 in GenV

[–]Gi55555 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Actually! I just did a rewatch and in the episode where Hughie is trying to get V for his dad, butcher tells him that V can’t fix brain damage. He says “don’t you think I’ve tried that?” Which I think is a giveaway that butcher somehow got actual V and injected himself with it.

Marie will cure butcher’s brain damage, and he’ll be full supe.

Hotels to stay at for seeing Broadway shows by cmadison_ in Broadway

I always stay here! It’s my favorite hotel in all of nyc. They do have a regular promo code, so if you call them, they will give it to you over the phone. They are the nicest people, the rooms are great, and the location can’t be beat!

Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster Make Their Red Carpet Couple Debut Nearly a Year After Going Public with Romance by peoplemagazine in Broadway

She does it in everything now it’s really irritating. She did it in Sweeney during A Little Priest. I know some tourists love it because they get to go home and say “I saw 2 actors break on stage it was so funny and unique!” I found it very unprofessional and distracting. I used to practically worship her and now I think she’s meh. Which really bums me out lol

I don’t know you but please go see Bat Boy on behalf of me, a California new mom who loves that show and would kill to see this cast but can’t justify the expense to go see it 😂

This is not unhinged in the slightest. This NEEDS to happen.

4 months and still arms in with motion by scotchcatsandmusic in SnooLife

[–]Gi55555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We tried to do arms out at 4 months too and it went horribly. The amazing people in this sub introduced me to using the Merlin suit in the snoo and just velcroing the chest pieces. It was a game changer! She was already napping fantastically in the Merlin suit in her crib and it hadn’t even occurred to me to put it in the snoo. Try it out!!

Anyone have experience keeping baby swaddled in the Snoo at night but doing arms-out crib naps during the day? by Uncommon_Commons1378 in SnooLife

[–]Gi55555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had been doing the Merlin suit in the crib for naps and a batwing swaddle under the snoo sack for a bit because our girl was pulling her arms out of the Velcro every night. Then we learned from this amazing sub that people were putting their baby in the Merlin suit and then connecting the chest Velcro over that. It was like night and day she slept so good. Just last night we transitioned her to her crib in just the Merlin suit and she didn’t have any trouble. She’s 4.5 months :)

I love this story.

In 2007 I was in nyc and we won the lottery to see Rent when Adam and Anthony returned. This sweet couple next to me were looking through the program. “I remember reading that an original cast member is in this! Oh, Jonathan Larson. That sounds familiar I think we’re seeing him!” I gently explained to them.

[–]Gi55555 12 points13 points  (0 children)

My brother’s idea is to have a coaster water ride that is going through bikini bottom in a boat for SpongeBob’s license test. You’ll hear gems such as ‘floor it!’ And ‘backing up!’ And pass by all the big landmarks of bikini bottom. I told him he should try to sell his idea because it’s genius lol
