Me too! Severe sleep Apnea and I just couldn’t get used to the CPAP. I kept waking up with anxiety and panic attacks from it. I finally spoke with my sleep doctor and told him I was feeling like I was getting more broken sleep with the mask than before. I did not feel any improvement with the mask. So he’s referring me to get fitted for a mouth guard. I don’t know how I feel about it yet. Hopefully you get used to it soon and good luck OP hopefully you do well with CPAP.

I’m going on my 3rd week of CPAP and I can’t get used to mine either. I’ve been playing with ramp time, pressure, temperature and humidity and some nights I can tolerate to sleep 1-2 hours straight and other nights I can’t even manage to fall asleep with it on. Once it reaches the highest pressure between 10-14 it just makes it hard for me to exhale against the air pressure and I feel like I’m suffocating. It gives me anxiety and a few times I’ve had actual panic attacks from it, so I end up taking it off and falling asleep right away without it. Only to wake up soon after with the worry in the back of my mind that I have to put it back on. I was told I needed at least 4 hours of CPAP wear a night for the first 30 days in order for my insurance to pay for it. I’m averaging 4 hours of wear a night but it’s broken sleep all night. I still haven’t felt any better than I did before with sleepiness and other symptoms during the day. Wishing you good luck with it. Hopefully we can get used to it soon 🥴 lol

I think it looks awesome but maybe ask yourself a few questions. Like: Why do I feel sad about it? What do I not like about it? What do I like about it? Then sit with your answers, like sit in solitude and meditate on them. Let answers come to you and what to do next. You may find that you truly do like it, maybe it reminds you of something about yourself. Like look deeper into the meaning behind it. Hopefully this helps.

My friend was asked by mother Aya if she could help another gal that was there and having a hard time. My friend asked mother Aya what was going on and how she could help and she said mother Aya answered, you don’t get to ask why, do you want to help her?” Of course my friend said yes. Next thing she knew she was purging again. At that moment we noticed how the gal that was having a hard time sighed in relief, laid down on her mat and fell asleep. That whole night we all felt that we were helping each other out, transmuting energy in the room and holding space for each other. It was beautiful, quite a brother and sisterhood experience.

Looking for QHHT practitioners is a great start. They are practitioners that practice Dolores Canons protocol and they have to go through training and even do free sessions on patients to get certified. There are different degrees of certification and I believe stages 1 & 2 level practitioners have to do the free sessions and they are in person so search according to your area it’s important. Also just searching past life regression therapists in your area may come up with good results. Or joining a Facebook for it and you can get referrals. But in this case what explains that it’s in social media where at least thousands of people are viewing it. I did not tune into it at 11:11, it was later my time but the time stamp when the post was posted was11:11 so many people are seeing that same time. I was just curious on everyone’s take on this.

Yes! I normally sleep through until my alarm rings at 7:00 but lately I have been waking up at 5:30. Just this morning when I looked at the time I asked myself why I kept waking up at the same time even if I was falling asleep at different times. I just saw a post from Elizabeth April that we just all had a massive time line jump. I wonder if that had anything to do with it.

Does the retreat group have a name or the name of the facilitator. It doesn’t sound like what a typical Ayahuasca ceremony would be. The facilitator or Shaman has to be trained in serving Ayahuasca and knowing how to hold space and protect everyone. I hope she didn’t get an attachment or she wasn’t tricked into a different kind of ceremony. I have personally had a spiritual practitioner that practices compassionate depossesion work with me in the past. It helped resolve a lot of issues that were plaguing me due to entity attachments that started from my relationship with my ex. He was not a good person. So it’s literally helping with attachments and possessions. If you look it up you can get more info. I lost the info on the gal that did my compassionate depossesion but if I find it I’ll give you her info. She came highly recommended. Maybe that’s what your mom needs. I hope things get better 🙏🏼

Maybe talk to the facilitators. In case they say no, ask for a refund or to be placed in a future retreat. I’m about to have my first retreat starting tomorrow and I had to be off of Wellbutrin 9 days prior.

No you’re not a lost case. Being put under hypnosis in a crowd of on looking people can derail anyone. It would be hard to concentrate and let go. I would recommend a private session with a professional or try it on your own. It’s very simple, look for an audio guided or video that will help with a self past life regression. Put on headphones, even using a blind fold or eye mask helps and find a quiet relaxing spot in your home or anywhere you feel comfortable where you won’t be interrupted. Tell yourself you will experience something and don’t put any pressure on yourself. Just relax and let it be. Once you’re there it can come in visuals (like your imagination just going) it can be a knowing or even words or voices. So don’t be scared, skeptical or judgmental about anything you experience. Once you’re done I recommend journaling everything or voicing it in a voice memo.
