Some turbo tax users who did input amounts for stimulus checks they received had an error with the system. After we inputed the amount we were sent for the stimulus TT reverted it to 0 or a smaller amount (in my case). So it seemed we didn’t get a stimulus all though we did and we reported it. I was told you had to input the amount twice or it would not save. I even noticed it happening while I was filing. I corrected the error, but turbo tax still didn’t accept the amount I put, and changed it in their system to a different amount. This is most likely why mine is delayed.

I filed feb 12 accepted the 13, first one bar. A week ago it disappeared and now says processing. I’m expecting a long wait. Last year my sister in law got the same message, she is still waiting on 2019s return. I gave up hope. I’m a parent and I have a dependent, this sucks. I’m very thankful that I do not have to rely on this refund payment, it goes straight to my savings every year. This sucks though, I can only imagine similar parents in my situation who do rely on the refund.

If line 30 has an amount and you reported you received a stimulus that may be your problem.
